Classification and diagnosis of breast diseases

It is divided into five categories: mastitis, mastopexy, breast fibroadenoma, breast cyst and breast cancer. The causative factors are complex, and if treatment is not timely or improper, lesions may occur, leading to life-threatening conditions at any time. Diagnosis of breast diseases: 1. What if a lump is found in the breast? The doctor will decide whether to biopsy the patient’s lesion based on the results of palpation and diagnostic imaging. 2. What is a biopsy? A biopsy is the removal of part or all of the lesion to determine whether it is benign or malignant through pathological examination, and then decide on further treatment options. 3.How to do biopsy? You can choose open surgery, which is to open up and remove as much of the lesion as possible. Minimally invasive puncture can also be used, which involves the use of a puncture needle to obtain diseased tissue under the guidance of an ultrasound or mammography machine. There is also the use of a vacuum-assisted breast biopsy and spinotomy system for biopsy. Our hospital has the world’s most advanced ATEC vacuum-assisted breast biopsy and rotary excision system, which supports breast biopsy under three imaging guidance modes: stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI, and can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of early breast cancer. 4.What lesions can be biopsied by puncture? In fact, as long as the lesions can be detected by ultrasound or mammogram, puncture can generally be used. For non-findable masses, such as those less than 1 cm or in deeper locations, and microcalcifications, metal hook positioning open surgery or vacuum-assisted minimally invasive breast biopsy can be used.
