What are the symptoms of air-conditioned legs

There are several common symptoms of air-conditioned legs as follows: 1. There is localized pain. This pain can appear both inside the joints and inside the muscles. The former is due to sterile inflammation inside the joint caused by cold; the latter often causes spasm of muscles and tendons, which then causes pain. 2. There may be swelling. Swelling mainly occurs in two areas, one is more downward, in the ankle joint and foot. This is due to poor blood circulation here caused by prolonged cold, which in turn causes poor blood return, thus producing fluid accumulation in the lower part. The other area is often seen inside the joints. Inflammation of the joint due to cold leads to a series of exudates. At this point, the joint gap becomes fuller, producing severe joint effusion.3. There may be signs of limited mobility. This is mainly because the patient is afraid to move for fear of pain, or there may be some cramping during the activity. 4. There may be coldness in the limbs, which is often caused by poor and slow blood circulation in the lower limbs.
