Lumbar disc pain is mostly referred to as lumbar disc herniation pain. Lumbar herniated disc pain is caused by degeneration of lumbar discs, abnormal development of lumbar spine and trauma to the lumbar spine. Its treatment is similar, can take general treatment, drug treatment and surgical treatment. 1. General treatment: For patients with mild pain, non-surgical treatment is preferred, and it is recommended to have strict bed rest for 3 to 4 weeks, preferably in a hard board bed, while wearing a waist cuff to reduce the weight of the waist. You can also do traction, physiotherapy, massage and so on in specialized medical institutions. 2. Medication: If the pain is severe, patients can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs, such as celecoxib capsules, meloxicam tablets, etc.; and muscle relaxation drugs, such as eperisone hydrochloride tablets, relaxation tablets, baclofen tablets, etc. for treatment. 3. Surgical treatment: If the symptoms are serious and cannot be relieved by conservative treatment, surgical treatment can be carried out, such as endoscopic-assisted nucleus pulposus removal of intervertebral discs, discectomy and implantation of bone fusion. If the pain of lumbar disc is severe, patients should follow the doctor’s instructions to actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment, do not self-medication, so as not to delay the condition.
