Is the child’s weakness related to his heart and can he be operated early?

Patient: 2007.11.19 The child was discharged from the hospital on the second day of life with precordial disease 3mm.08.4.22 In the hospital it was found: ventricular septal defect (membrane) 5.1mm, left atrial interruption 1.9mm tricuspid regurgitation medium amount, mitral regurgitation small amount, ostium not closed. The doctor recommended three weeks for interventional treatment. The child has always been weak and sickly, 1-2 times a month to the children’s hospital, some time ago accidentally burned, hospitalized for half a month, healed after discharge has been coughing bronchitis, so far every day to take medicine, a little resistance, eat very little every day, sleep less and light, waking up seven or eight times a night normal; thin and weak, anemic calcium deficiency. Especially difficult to stay, as a mother I do not know how to spend every day, please help doctor guidance! Doctor: It is recommended to come to the hospital for examination and, if necessary, surgical treatment. Personally, I do not recommend intervention.
