High-precision Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Nucleic Acid Quantification 6.81^02 patients who do not have liver or spleen damage do not need special treatment, and regular review and reasonable dietary control are sufficient. HBV nucleic acid quantification of 6.81^02 means 6.81 times 10 to the second power, i.e. 681, which indicates that the amount of hepatitis B virus is low, the virus replication is not active, and the transmission rate is low. However, further liver function tests and abdominal ultrasound are needed to understand the morphology and function of the liver and spleen. If the liver and spleen are not damaged, no special treatment is needed. Alcohol should be prohibited to reduce liver damage; sugar and fat intake should be controlled to reduce the burden on the liver; overeating should be avoided; and regular checkups should be done to keep an eye on the changes in the condition. If the patient already has liver damage, hepatitis, cirrhosis and other diseases, need to receive timely antiviral treatment and liver protection therapy. The same disease, patients with different physical conditions, different stages of the disease, different treatment methods, should be standardized under the guidance of the doctor.
