Causes of fever on the outside of the right leg

Heat on the outside of the right leg to rule out if it is a problem with the sciatic nerve. Problems with the sciatic nerve are directly related to compression of the sciatic nerve, or inflammation of the sciatic nerve itself. This is manifested by a sensation of heat in the skin of the area innervated by the sciatic nerve, and in some patients, a sensation of ankylosis, numbness, and radiating pain. The most common clinical cause is disc herniation, for which a lumbar disc CT or MRI can be performed. In addition, it can be seen in pear-shaped muscle syndrome, which is mainly due to edema and inflammation of the pear-shaped muscle, resulting in sciatic nerve compression. It can also be seen in inflammation of the sciatic nerve, which may be associated with bacterial or viral infection, or local abscess infiltration. It can also be seen in direct relation to peripheral neurovascular lesions caused by diabetes.
