Symptoms of myofasciitis

Myofasciitis occurs in different locations with different symptoms, including pain, muscle tension or stiffness, and restricted movement. 1. Pain: pain caused by contraction or diastolic pulling of the main muscles, usually aggravated by rain, humidity and exertion, relieved by a little activity and aggravated by exertion. 2. Muscle tension, stiffness: due to muscle tension, spasm, muscle stiffness can occur, touching the stripes, slightly improved after activity. 3. Restriction of activity: If it occurs in the neck and shoulder area, shoulder lifting may be restricted; if it occurs in the lumbar area or soles of the feet, it may cause limitation of the activity of the lower limbs. If the above symptoms are serious, or if they persist and do not get better, you should go to the hospital in time for treatment.
