  The postpartum dew should be completely cleared within six weeks. However, the exact duration of the postpartum period varies from person to person and is related to the recovery of the mother’s body, so it cannot be generalized.  If the dew does not clear after 42 days after delivery, it is an abnormal phenomenon, and you need to go to the hospital for detailed examination and symptomatic treatment.
