VEGF Trap is a genetically recombinant fusion protein that has a higher affinity for VEGF-A compared to bevacizumab and is able to bind to VEGF-B and placental growth factor, and may be able to be an effective agent for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Inclusion criteria 1. Histologically/cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the colon or rectum. 2.Metastatic cancer that is not suitable for radical treatment (i.e. inoperable). 3. Measurable lesions (according to RECIST version 1.0 criteria). 4. Have received one and only one chemotherapy regimen for metastatic cancer. The chemotherapy received must have been an oxaliplatin-containing regimen.
