FOLFOX chemotherapy is the standard regimen for adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery for stage 3 bowel cancer or stage 2 bowel cancer. This radiotherapy regimen consists of three drugs, including 5-fluorouracil, calcium folinic acid, and oxaliplatin. 5-fluorouracil is administered by continuous pumping for 48 hours, while calcium folinic acid is mainly administered by intravenous push and continuous intravenous drip for two hours, which provides relief to 5-fluorouracil. And oxaliplatin was administered using 5% glucose saline, plus oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 by continuous intravenous drip for two hours. This regimen takes 48 hours and is repeated after two weeks for a total of 12 cycles, which is the standard adjuvant chemotherapy regimen after bowel cancer surgery.
