Functional exercise method after total knee surface arthroplasty

  Day 1 Anterior tibialis exercise method (ankle pump): dorsiflexion and plantarflexion of the foot for 10 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest in between, 10 minutes for 1 group, 5-10 groups per day.  Day 2 quadriceps exercise method: N fossa pillow, straighten the calf for 10-20 seconds and then put down for 10-20 seconds, 10 minutes for 1 group, 5-10 groups per day.  Day 3 iliopsoas exercise method: straight leg raise the lower leg for 10-20 seconds and then put down for 10-20 seconds rest, 10 minutes for 1 group, 5-10 groups per day.  Day 4 iliopsoas quadriceps exercise method: straight leg raise the lower limb for 10 seconds and then flex the knee joint for 10 seconds and then straighten and then lower, 10 minutes for 1 set, 5-10 sets per day.  Day 4 or 5 Sit on the edge of the bed and do knee flexion and extension exercises, try to reach 90 degrees of flexion and 0 degrees of extension.  Day 5 or 6-5 Walk on the floor with a walker.
