Can pyrexia be completely cured?

The mortality rate of pyrexia is generally high, but the possibility of a complete cure exists.
Pyrexia is the most severe type of heat stroke, and its causes are related to high temperature, high humidity environment and increased heat production, high heat acquisition and impaired heat dissipation. If left untreated, severe cases will suffer from multiple organ system failure and have a high mortality rate. If patients with pyrexia, timely rescue, through rapid cooling, fluid resuscitation, blood purification and comprehensive symptomatic treatment, there is also the possibility of complete cure.
In the acute phase, patients need to be rapidly cooled down, which is the first step in the treatment of pyrexia, and then choose crystalloid fluid input to restore blood volume and blood pressure, such as saline, Ringer’s solution, and so on. For those with persistent high temperature, persistent anuria, uremia, inflammatory infections, and multiple organ failure, hemodialysis treatment should be taken.
For people with heat stroke, they should be treated promptly to avoid disease progression. If it causes pyrexia, it needs to be treated promptly and should not be delayed.
