There are several options for the treatment of primary infertility: first, treatment through the technique of in vitro fertilization (IVF), in which the woman’s eggs are removed and the man’s sperm is removed, and then the sperm and eggs are combined in vitro to obtain a fertilized egg, which is then transferred into the woman’s uterus to allow the embryo to develop, thus obtaining a newborn child. Secondly, since this is a primary infertility condition, it is basically ineffective, whether by medication or surgery, which is a genetic disease, and the best treatment is gene therapy. Thirdly, the treatment can be done by means of borrowed pregnancy. Since the mother is unable to conceive, it is possible to remove both the mother’s egg and the male sperm and transfer the fertilized egg to another woman’s uterus for development to obtain a newborn child. This method is banned in many countries due to ethical issues.
