Stir-fried bamboo shoots with vegetables
Ingredients: Asparagus tips, boiled asparagus, canned corn shoots, a little salt, ginger powder, chicken essence and other seasonings.
Operation method.
1, the three bamboo shoots were washed, cut inch sections.
2, frying pan on the fire, put an appropriate amount of oil to heat, put a little ginger powder, then put the asparagus tip stir-fry two or three minutes.

Five spice vegetarian platter
Ingredients: shelled peanuts, kidney beans, soaked fungus, shiitake mushrooms, dried tofu, salt, pepper, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, sesame oil and other appropriate amounts.
