Fetal heart and buds will be present on the 50th day of menopause, and the embryo’s buds and heartbeat can usually be clearly observed on ultrasound. In the case of a normal intrauterine pregnancy, ultrasound can detect fetal buds and fetal heart tube beats in the uterus at about 50 days after menopause. As the embryo develops, a sac forms on days 30 to 40, a bud on days 40 to 50, and a heart on days 50 to 60 as the embryo develops. Therefore, ultrasound is best performed after 60 days of menopause, when you can see if the sac, buds, and heart are normal. If fetal heart and buds are found in the clinic, pregnant women should rest more, avoid doing some intense exercise, and at the same time pay attention to supplemental nutrition, and go to the hospital for regular checkups as required.
