Sindilizumab is mainly used for patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It belongs to a class of monoclonal antibodies, i.e. human immunoglobulin monoclonal antibodies, which regulate immune function by acting on T cells and binding to the corresponding receptors. In clinical practice, it is recommended for patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin’s lymphoma after chemotherapy, and the drug is also currently in clinical trials, with the possibility of expanding the indications in the future. Besides, it should be noted when using this drug that since it acts on the immune system, it may cause immune system-related adverse reactions, including immune-related hepatitis, kidney disease, thyroid disease, lung disease, and also a decrease in blood cells, such as white blood cells and platelets, so liver and kidney function and blood count should be closely monitored during use.
