How about compound metronidazole vaginal pessary

Compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories are antitrichomonas and antibacterial agents indicated for the treatment of trichomoniasis, mycosis fungoides, bacterial and senile vaginitis, nonspecific vaginitis, mycoplasma infection, and gonorrhea bicoccus infection. Patients may occasionally experience pungent and swollen sensation in the vagina with allergic reactions such as high fever, drug rash and anaphylactic shock after using the drug. Cross-allergic reactions may occur if the drug is used concurrently with other NSAIDs. Treatment of Trichomonas vaginalis needs to be accompanied by treatment of their sexual partners. Do not use this drug during the third trimester of pregnancy and use it only after menstruation.
