Do I have a heart condition?

  A heart examination is recommended when the following phenomena occur in daily life
  1.Palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath or feeling of breathlessness during physical activity.
  2.Sudden pain behind the sternum or a feeling of chest tightness and pressure when exerting or stressing.
  3.Pain in the left chest accompanied by sweating or pain radiating to the shoulder, arm and neck.
  4.Pulse is too fast, too slow, short or irregular.
  5.Waking up suddenly during sleep or nightmare, feeling palpitations, chest tightness and breathlessness, and needing to sit up for a while to get better.
  6.Feeling difficulty in breathing, chest tightness or chest pain during sexual life.
  7.Feeling palpitations, chest tightness or chest pain when having a full meal, cold, smoking, watching a tense movie or TV.
  8.In public places or meeting places, especially easier than others to feel chest tightness, breathlessness and insufficient air.
  9.When going upstairs, you may have palpitations and shortness of breath more easily than before or than others.
  10.Sudden palpitations, dizziness, blackness in front of the eyes, and the feeling of falling down.
  11.Children are less active than children of their age, or they feel palpitations, shortness of breath, and weakness when they are active, or they have blue lips when they are active.
  12.Palpitations and fatigue even after doing some light daily work after catching a cold, or feeling shortness of breath when walking slightly fast.
  13.Sudden chest discomfort and fainting on the floor, or a feeling of “dying” immediately.
  14.Sleeping at night with a low pillow makes it difficult to breathe and requires a high pillow position.
  15.Puffiness of the lower limbs.
  16.Deformation of the ends of fingers or toes.
  17.Abnormal color of the face, mouth, lips and nails, such as cyanosis or dark red.
  18.Self-perceived abnormal sound of heartbeat at rest, or tremor when touching the heart area on the front chest wall with the hand.
  19.Palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath or swelling during pregnancy.
  20.Left shoulder pain that does not heal for a long time.
