Early cirrhosis back pain?

Back pain may occur after early cirrhosis, but is relatively rare. Cirrhosis is the end stage of a chronic, progressive, diffuse liver disease caused by different etiologic factors acting on the liver over a long period of time. Cirrhosis may have no specific symptoms in the early stages, and as the disease progresses, atypical symptoms such as loss of appetite, fatigue, and dyspepsia gradually appear. In the early stage of cirrhosis, the liver will be enlarged, at this time, the patient may have abdominal distension and pain in the liver area, which may occasionally radiate to the back and cause back pain, but this is relatively rare. With the development of the disease, if combined with the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma, the liver locally enlarges, when the volume of hepatocellular carcinoma is relatively large, because the tumor causes the liver periosteum to be tense, at this time, there may be obvious pain, but it is still mainly in the abdomen, and it may radiate to the back to cause back pain. When patients have the symptom of back pain, it is also necessary to exclude the radiating pain caused by heart disease, and it may also be caused by spinal lesions, back muscle strain, fasciitis and other diseases.
