The criteria for functional repositioning are that the fracture, when viewed on X-ray, requires alignment and alignment to be more than 2/3 and at least 1/2, separation displacement to be eliminated, lateral displacement not to exceed 1/3 of the fracture cross-section, and rotational displacement to be eliminated. In case of angular displacement, the upper extremity should not exceed 5°-10° and the lower extremity should not exceed 10°-15°. The principle of functional repositioning is that after healing, the patient’s normal functional activities should not be affected. The purpose of functional repositioning is to enable the patient to walk, work and live normally after the fracture is healed, and not to affect the patient’s future life and work because the functional repositioning is not achieved.
