It is possible that chronic closed-angle glaucoma causes sore eyes in the early stage, which is mainly due to high eye pressure and prolonged conjunctival dryness, but glaucoma is usually characterized by dry eyes, dizziness and headache, and decreased vision. If the above manifestations are combined, prompt consultation should be made to investigate whether glaucoma is present.
