Ten guidelines to measure the health of a man

In order to further make people complete and accurate understanding of the concept of health, the World Health Organization provides a measure of a man’s health ten guidelines: 1, full of energy to carry the burden of daily life and heavy work, do not feel overly stressed and fatigued. 2, optimistic, positive attitude, willing to take responsibility, no matter how big or small, not fussy. 3.Good at rest, good sleep. 4.Strong resilience, able to adapt to various changes in the external environment. 5.Ability to resist general colds and infectious diseases. 6.Appropriate weight, proportionate body, standing, head, shoulder and arm position coordination. 7.The eyes are bright and responsive, and the eyelids are not easily inflamed. 8.Dental clean, no caries, no pain; gum color is normal, no bleeding 9.Hair is shiny, no dandruff. 10.Muscles are plump and skin is elastic.
