What does zidoramivudine treat?

Zidovudine is used in the treatment of AIDS. Zidoramidifon belongs to a combination preparation, the main ingredients of which are zidovudine and lamivudine, both of which belong to the nucleotide class of reverse transcriptase inhibitors. AIDS is caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus, and both drugs terminate viral replication by embedding themselves in the viral DNA strand. The administration of this product can lead to adverse reactions such as hyperlactatemia, headache, rash, fever, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Note that hypersensitivity to the product, neutropenia, anemia patients are prohibited. Use in pregnant patients only when the benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the fetus on balance, and should be avoided in breastfeeding patients. Patients should use the drug under the supervision of a medical professional and strictly follow medical advice.
