1. Use your own mind to find your joy. Happiness is a state of mind, in which the mind enjoys joy for a period of time. When a happy thought comes out of our mind, we have to seize it and find ways to expand it. When you do this work, you will enjoy the process, and even the process will bring you much more happiness than the result. In clinical work, I found that many patients with chronic gastrointestinal disease, no specific work to do, all day to limit their emotions in a bad environment, not actively looking for happiness, and even suppress the happiness of family members to let them accompany the sad. Whether we are happy or not, I think it all depends on our perspective, which reflects our mental state and spiritual pursuit. When you approach life with a positive attitude, your body will produce happy hormones, making you feel refreshed. Bad emotions naturally leave. 2, return to the soul, looking for happiness. Our society has made rapid development in the past 20 years, but our mind is relatively lagging behind, because its evolution is slow, material development has enriched our lives, but it is difficult to purify our minds. The material development has enriched our life but hardly purified our mind. Instead, because of the material satisfaction brought to us by technology, people enclose themselves in a luxurious box built with technology and consume the empty time brought by the backward mind. People use the virtual world to fantasize/vent/deceive. Gradually, people become distant from each other, and no longer have the outside individual in their hearts, becoming independent of themselves. Human is a herd animal, and the rapid development of material things makes it difficult to communicate with people’s mind, which affects people’s quality of life, we should return to our mind and find our happiness.
