Urological tuberculosis is mainly treated with drug therapy, and it is complemented by surgical treatment as follows: 1. Drug therapy: The principles of drug therapy are early, combination, appropriate amount, whole process and regular drug therapy. The main drugs are isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, and streptomycin. The standard course of treatment is 2 months intensive treatment and 4 months consolidation treatment; 2. Surgical treatment: mainly destructive surgery and reconstructive surgery for TB lesions, including partial nephrectomy or nephrectomy, ureteral reconstruction, bladder enlargement, etc. Generally, preoperative drug therapy is given for 2-4 weeks, and drug therapy is continued after surgery.
