What’s wrong with my shoulder when I press it?

If your shoulder hurts when you press it, it may be related to the following reasons: 1. There may be some injuries related to the shoulder joint. If the shoulder is hit by direct violence, or if it is pulled or twisted, this may cause soft tissue contusions, muscle and tendon strains, or in severe cases, dislocation or fracture of the shoulder joint, all of which may cause severe pressure pain. 2. Frozen shoulder may be present. Frozen shoulder, also known as frozen shoulder, is often caused by cold or previous trauma to the shoulder joint, resulting in aseptic inflammation inside the shoulder joint, which causes severe pain here and is obvious when pressed. 3. There may be an old injury here, for example, after the shoulder joint dislocation is recovered, there may be long-term pain here, and when pressed on the injured part, there will be increased pain. 4. It may also be caused by other arthritis of the shoulder joint, such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis, which may also cause such pressure pain.
