How to treat complete right bundle branch conduction block

If the patient has a complete right bundle branch block, no treatment is required and the patient does not experience any discomfort. If the right bundle branch block is new, it is likely to be caused by acute myocardial ischemia and can be treated by improving circulation and antiplatelet therapy, which may lead to recovery of the right bundle branch block. However, in most cases, as long as a complete right bundle branch block is formed, it cannot be recovered. Patients are advised to take oral aspirin, trimetazidine, isosorbide mononitrate and bisoprolol to help prevent episodes of myocardial ischemia and also to slow down the progression of atherosclerosis. If necessary, patients are also advised to have an ambulatory electrocardiogram.
