Intestinal flatulence, diarrhea with mucus blood, the possible diseases for acute gastroenteritis, inflammatory bowel disease, acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enterocolitis, etc., the treatment includes general treatment, drug treatment and surgical treatment.
1. Acute gastroenteritis: mainly manifested as nausea, abdominal distension, diarrhea, fever, etc., such as caused by bacterial infection can be manifested as obvious flatulence, abdominal pain, mucus and pus and blood can also appear in the stool, and need to follow the doctor’s instructions to use antibiotics, such as ofloxacin and other treatment.
2. Inflammatory bowel disease: there can be diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, mucus, pus and blood in the stool. During the active period, bed rest should be given, easy to digest, light diet can be used to control mild to moderate active inflammatory bowel disease with salazosulfapyridine, and glucocorticoids such as prednisone can be used for treatment. Accompanied by perforation, hemorrhage and other conditions need to consider surgical treatment.
3. Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enterocolitis: the main manifestations are abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, blood in the stool, vomiting, fever and so on. Severe infection can be used to control the infection of ampicillin and other drugs; abdominal pain can be applied to severe antispasmodic pivoxyl bromide pain; high fever, toxic shock can be used to reduce the symptoms of toxicity, such as hydrocortisone.
Electrolyte disorders, acid-base imbalance can be infused with potassium chloride solution, 5% sodium bicarbonate solution. During the fasting period, 10%~25% glucose solution and compound amino acid solution can be supplemented to replenish the lack of energy and nutrition. Surgery is feasible for severe cases (e.g. intestinal perforation).
In addition to the above diseases, intestinal tuberculosis can also cause the above symptoms. It is recommended to go to the hospital in time, complete the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment.
