If the stones are small and suitable for traditional Chinese medicine treatment, they can be treated by taking Chinese patent medicines such as Pai Shi Granules or using Chinese medicines that can remove heat and dampness (remove heat and dampness from the body), clear the lymphatic flow and remove the stones. 1. Nowadays, the commonly used proprietary Chinese medicines are Pai Shi Granules, Kidney Stone Granules, Compound Qian Cao Granules, Kidney Stone Tablets and so on, which all have certain effects on treating kidney stones. Stone-dispelling granules are used for stone drenching (discharge of gravel during urination, or sudden interruption of urination, pain in the urethra, intolerable pain in the waist and abdomen) caused by dampness-heat in the lower jiao (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic region, lower limbs, etc.); symptoms of pain in the waist and abdomen, dysuria, or accompanied by hematuria; urinary system stones are seen in the above symptoms. Pregnant women should not take it, and those who are physically weak should use it with caution. 2. Chinese medicine: Chinese medicine believes that the formation of kidney stones is mostly due to dampness-heat accumulation (dampness and heat in the body of each other) in the bladder, burning fluid into stone, can be used through the identification of heat, dampness, lymphatic drainage of drugs, such as money grass, Hai Jinsha, talcum, etc., or to move qi, soft and firm and disperse the knot (to soften and dissipate the hard lumps) of drugs, such as trigonelline, curcuma, peach kernel and so on. The adverse effects of the above drugs are not known. Patients are advised to consult the doctor if they feel unwell and standardize the treatment. For people with large stones, surgical treatment is recommended.
