Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously endangers women’s physical and mental health, not only endangering patients’ lives but also causing the loss of vital organs in women. At present, breast cancer is the first malignant tumor among women in Shanghai and other major cities in China. The incidence rate is increasing. The causes of breast cancer cannot be explained by a single factor, and it is generally believed that there are three main categories of risk factors for breast cancer. I. High risk factors: 1. Known or suspected to have BRCA1 or BRCA2, P53, or PTEN gene expression, and other gene mutations. 2, One breast has replaced the other breast with breast cancer. 3.History of breast cancer or ovarian cancer in the immediate family. 4.History of atypical hyperplasia of breast or lobular carcinoma in situ. Intermediate risk factors: 1, menstruation ≥ 35 years 2, no childbirth 3, overweight (BMI) ≥ 24, BMI = weight/height (m)2 4, significant weight gain during menopause (≥ 10 kg) 5, history of major trauma 6, previous history of chest radiation therapy. Third, low-risk factors: 1, early menarche (<12 foot years) 2, the first childbirth age > 35 years, usually refers to the first surviving fetus. 3, late menopause (≥ 55 years) 4, previous breast surgery or biopsy sub-history 5, hormone replacement therapy. 6, long-term alcohol abuse, drinking ≥ 10g of alcohol per day. 7, history of benign breast disease. 8.Increased density of breast tissue. 9.Age, most domestic breast cancers occur in women aged 40 to 55. At present, there is no assessment model about the risk factors of breast cancer in China, and foreign countries mainly refer to the modified Gail risk model for assessment at present. The Geier risk model cannot be implemented in China because there is still a significant racial difference in the incidence of breast cancer, i.e., the incidence is significantly higher in European American women than in Asian women. The Geier risk model is based on European and American women, and Asian women, especially domestic women, cannot be evaluated with reference to it. We currently make the following assessment of the high-risk group of breast cancer with reference to some domestic literature and our own clinical practice. High-risk group: 1.Have any one of the high-risk factors. 2.With any three of the intermediate risk factors. 3.With any 1~2 intermediate risk factors plus 3~6 low risk factors. 4.People with 6 or more low-risk factors.
