Will a rabies-vaccinated dog bite someone?

After being bitten by a dog that has been vaccinated against rabies, there is usually no problem; such dogs are not infected with the rabies virus. However, if the rabies vaccine has just been administered, less than a month ago, it is possible that the vaccine has not yet taken effect at this time. It is possible for a dog to infect a person if it carries the rabies virus itself, but the probability of this happening is very low. After being bitten by a rabies vaccinated dog, it is mainly recommended to treat the wound, disinfect it, bandage it, and clarify whether the rabies vaccine was administered in the near future, or in the distant future. If the rabies vaccine was not recently administered, there is generally no problem with rabies infection.
