If men have back pain, the common causes are supraspinous ligamentitis and lumbar back muscle strain, both of which are caused by long-term bending and head-down work or standing or sitting for too long, resulting in lumbar back ligament and muscle strain. Once this happens, stop working, avoid continuing to bend over, do proper functional exercises for the lumbar back muscles, relax the ligaments and muscles of the back, and at the same time apply hot compresses to the lower back, using hot towels or hot water bags for local heat, 15 minutes each time, 3-4 times a day. You can also take oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs or muscle relaxants, or you can use topical creams or plasters. After the pain is relieved, you should continue to strengthen the functional exercises of the lumbar back muscles to prevent adhesions of the ligaments and muscles in the back.
