How to treat brain hemorrhage

Cerebral hemorrhage treatment includes supportive therapy, drug therapy and surgery.
1. Supportive treatment: after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage, absolute bed rest should be provided, cardiac monitoring should be given for 2~4 weeks, nutrition and nursing care should be strengthened, and when respiratory difficulty occurs, endotracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation are needed.
2. Drug treatment: for example, furosemide, glycerol fructose, mannitol and other dehydrating diuretics to reduce cerebral edema and intracranial pressure; antihypertensive treatment to bring blood pressure to the pre-morbid level, representative drugs include sodium nitroprusside, uradil and so on.
3. Surgical treatment: including craniotomy, minimally invasive debridement, ventricular drainage and so on.
Patients with suspected cerebral hemorrhage need to seek immediate medical attention and cooperate with doctors.
