If diarrhea is accompanied by fainting, there are generally two cases: First, if the diarrhea is watery stool or diarrhea is relatively large, causing a kind of fluid loss shock, that is, hypovolemic shock, especially in the acute phase of gastroenteritis, the bleeding is relatively large, while eating or not enough water, thus causing the loss of body fluids, which is not corrected in time, resulting in fluid loss shock, hypovolemic shock. Secondly, if diarrhea, stools with blood, or even fresh blood stools, along with syncope, it is more serious. First of all, we should clarify the cause, if the situation is more serious, we should consider the bleeding of the gastrointestinal tract, give timely correction, such as hemostasis, expansion and anti-shock, and actively take causal treatment to avoid further aggravation of the condition.
