What’s wrong with a nosebleed when you don’t have a period?

The term “vacation” is generally used to refer to a woman’s menstrual cycle. Nosebleeds without menstruation may be related to endocrine disorders, or may be caused by nasal disorders on top of that, and need to be analyzed according to the specific situation.
1. Endocrine disorders: If a woman has endocrine disorders, it may cause the body’s sex hormone secretion disorders, leading to compensatory nosebleeds in the pre-menstrual period, so there is no bleeding or only a small amount of uterine bleeding at the time of the menstrual period, accompanied by one or both sides of the nose bleeding, which is more common in adolescent women.
2. Nasal diseases: If endocrine disorders lead to menstrual disorders, and on the basis of this, nasal diseases such as dry rhinitis, deviated nasal septum, nasal tumors and so on, it may also be manifested as not having menstruation but having nosebleeds.
There may be other reasons for nosebleeds, so it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in time, complete the relevant examinations, identify the causes, and adopt the appropriate solutions under the guidance of the doctor.
