If your body temperature is above 38℃, you can take acetaminophen tablets orally to reduce fever, and between 37℃ and 38℃, drink more water and wipe your forehead and armpits with warm water for physical cooling. Anti-fever treatment, along with oral oseltamivir capsules for antiviral treatment, is recommended.
