A cyst in the cervical canal does not require treatment in most cases. Cysts are formed when the ducts of the cervix that secrete glandular fluid are blocked and the fluid cannot be secreted. Cysts do not cause lesions, so treatment is not clinically necessary. Regular checkups can be done for pre-cancer screening of the cervix, i.e., TCT and HPV testing, and if there are no problems with these two tests, continued monitoring will be sufficient. If there are precancerous changes in the cervix, colposcopy and biopsy of the cervical tissues are needed to make a clear diagnosis. If precancerous lesions are identified, conization surgery is needed to remove the diseased tissue and cure it. If the size of the cervical cyst is relatively large, for example, the diameter is more than 3cm, which affects the operation into the uterine cavity, such as IUD, IUD removal, abortion, etc., the cyst needs to be removed electrically if necessary, so that it can be cured.
