There is no scientific basis to believe that yellow water from the skin is hormone drainage. Skin flowing yellow water is relatively common in the clinic, mainly seen in two cases, namely the acute phase of eczema, impetigo, as follows: 1, the acute phase of eczema: there can be inflammatory manifestations, resulting in blisters on the skin, after the blisters break can appear vesicles, exudate, outflow of yellow water is mainly tissue fluid, if combined with bacterial infection, usually outflow of yellow water. The main treatment for acute eczema is to apply a wet compress to promote the drying of the rash as soon as possible and, if necessary, to use hormones or immune preparations to inhibit allergic reactions. 2. impetigo: if the bacterial infection is caused by impetigo, pustules can appear, showing a half-moon of pus, and after the pustules break down, yellow water can appear, and the main treatment is to apply topical anti-bacterial infection drugs, like fusidic acid cream. The main treatment is topical application of anti-bacterial infection drugs, such as fusidic acid cream, etc., and also oral anti-inflammatory treatment such as cephalosporin.
