Can slow metabolism cause high urine sugar

Slow metabolism does not usually cause high urine sugar.
High urine sugar may be caused by physiological factors, such as a large amount of carbohydrate consumption leading to blood glucose transiently exceeding the renal glucose threshold, or may be caused by diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, Cushing’s syndrome and other disease factors. Therefore, slow metabolism does not usually cause high urine sugar.
Slow metabolism may be caused by physiological factors such as aging, long-term sedentary lifestyle, or hypothyroidism, because in hypothyroidism the level of thyroid hormones in the body is insufficient, and the body will have a low metabolic state.
Patients with slow metabolism and high urinary glucose are advised to go to the hospital and ask the doctor to make a judgment.
