Medication principles for pediatric seminarians

What are the principles of medication administration for pediatric sperm patients? Is it better to use a single medication or a combination of medications? For both children and adults with schizophrenia, one of the principles of medication use is to administer a single medication at a sufficient dose for a full course of treatment to reduce drug side effects; if a refractory case is encountered, follow the principles of combined medication use for refractory cases. Specifically for children with schizophrenia, the following are the principles of medication use: 1) selection of medication based on evidence-based medicine; 2) titration from small doses to avoid adverse drug reactions as much as possible; 3) single medication; 4) full dose and full course of treatment; 5) full course of treatment.
