What’s the reason for the constant eye droppings?

The causes of eye droppings can be divided into physiological and pathological, pathological may include conjunctivitis, acute dacryocystitis and so on, patients can go to the hospital in time for treatment.
1. Physiological: eyes always have slight eye droppings, and there is no other eye discomfort, generally belongs to the normal physiological phenomenon. The human eye produces secretions every day, and usually does not need special treatment.
2. Pathologic
(1) Conjunctivitis: bacterial and viral infections and allergies can lead to inflammation of the conjunctival tissues, patients may have a foreign body sensation in the eye, burning sensation, increased secretion, itchy eyes, photophobia, tearing and other symptoms, the secretion deposited in the corners of the eyes, that is, the eye droppings.
(2) Acute dacryocystitis: Patients with acute dacryocystitis may experience acute inflammation in the lacrimal sac area due to infection, which may result in discomfort such as redness and swelling of the skin in the lacrimal sac area, pain, and increased secretion.
