General treatment: patients with lupus nephritis need to rest in bed during acute stage, and should pay attention to low-salt diet, if there are symptoms of oliguria and edema, they should limit the water intake, and they should avoid sun exposure and taking nephrotoxic drugs in their daily life.
3. Renal replacement therapy: patients with lupus nephritis should be treated with dialysis when their kidney function deteriorates to reach the indication of dialysis, and if necessary, they should be given kidney transplantation or long-term maintenance dialysis treatment.
Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a physician, and it is recommended that patients go to the rheumatology and immunology department of regular hospitals and other related departments for consultation and standardized treatment according to the doctor’s instructions.
