This method should not be used frequently to prevent it from affecting the coordination of pelvic floor muscles and nerves as well as urinary tract infection and even urinary incontinence; finger method is to gently put the finger into the vagina, wrap the finger tightly with vaginal muscles, press the surrounding muscles, there is muscle tightening and pelvic floor moving upwards, after relaxation the pelvic floor moves back again, that is, the pelvic floor muscles are contracting; second, doctor’s examination: by palpation and visualization, the doctor can assess pelvic organ prolapse, urogenital pain, pelvic floor muscle pain, bladder pain, pelvic floor muscle strength; third, equipment testing: pelvic floor electrophysiological testing, determination of pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal pressure measurement, urodynamic testing, anal dynamics testing through equipment; fourth, pelvic floor ultrasound, nuclear magnetic: can visualize pelvic floor muscle morphology, structural defects, etc.
