Within this canyon, with its lush greenery and fresh air, there are 11 major attractions that can treat cough, asthma, hemoptysis, sore throat, external wind and other diseases of the whistling tract, which are refreshing. The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine says that the best time to take care of yourself in this canyon is from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. However, since the body is sleeping at this time, I have arranged for visitors to enter the canyon from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to gently pat the inside of your arms for 1-3 minutes, which can help to raise your lung energy and provide health care. Don’t underestimate this little swamp, but it is a collection of the essence of blood and qi, with the effect of kidney, is called “shaku ze”.
