What to eat for lymph nodes

Lymph nodes are normal immune tissues and lymphocytes are a kind of white blood cells. When swollen lymph nodes may be caused by inflammation or tumor metastasis, the former can take oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, while patients should pay attention to a light, easy-to-digest diet and avoid overly spicy foods, such as edible cabbage and purple kale, and oral drugs are not effective if the disease is tumor-based. Enlarged lymph nodes are usually treated with light, heat-clearing vegetables and fruits in the diet, for example, cool melon or mustard both have heat-clearing effects. Watermelon and cantaloupe can also be eaten as fruits, but do not eat fruits and vegetables that are easily inflammable such as mango and durian. You can also eat some shellfish, such as oysters and mussels, and it is better to eat cabbage with swollen lymph.
