Four major clinical symptoms of melanoma

Malignant melanoma is a malignant tumor of melanocytes originating from pigmented areas of the skin, mucous membranes, eyes and central nervous system. Part of malignant melanoma it evolves from nevi (especially junctional and compound nevi); the other part originates from the skin or freckle base. Clinically, it is often classified into four common basic types. Of course different types of malignant melanoma have their different clinical manifestations. The clinical manifestations of four common types of melanoma 1, the clinical manifestations of freckle type malignant melanoma: freckle type malignant melanoma accounts for about 10% to 15%. This is the least malignant of the four species, and it occurs in the head, neck, back of the hand and other exposed parts. Most commonly seen in 60-70 years old. Women predominate. The clinical presentation is a large, flat or slightly elevated tan or brown lesion, which in turn is locally focally elevated and dark or shiny (regression). The clinical manifestations of superficially spreading malignant melanoma: Superficially spreading malignant melanoma is the most common in clinical practice, accounting for about 70%. It occurs around the age of 50, and there is no gender difference. It is more common in women on the limbs and in men on the trunk. The early stage is tan, brown, blue or black, most of which can be rose or peach with serrated edges, causing loss of skin texture, and late stage local nodule formation, which is red, white or blue. The rate of lymph node metastasis is 35%-85% 3. Clinical manifestations of nodular malignant melanoma: Nodular malignant melanoma accounts for about 12% of malignant melanoma. It has a high degree of malignancy. The average age of onset is around 50 years old, and the ratio of men to women is 21. It occurs in the back. It is a gray nodule with a peachy tinge. As the lesion continues to grow, it becomes black and appears as a purple-black pulp-like dome-shaped or polypoid mass. Ulceration and lymph node metastasis occur early and the prognosis is poor.
