How to recover from dead muscles

The dead muscle referred to by the people mainly refers to the muscle underdevelopment, or due to disease and other reasons caused by muscle fiber coarseness or atrophy, which leads to the decline of muscle contraction ability, muscle function decline, impaired activity or limb deformation. This condition is usually treated by exercising the corresponding part of the muscle to improve the blood circulation of the muscle and promote the recovery of the muscle contraction ability. It generally depends on what position the muscle is in, and will take the corresponding exercise. Common examples are muscle massage, muscle stretching, and corresponding postures for muscle exercise. There is an exercise called yoga which is also helpful in exercising and stretching the muscle. The clinical term “dead muscle” generally refers to muscle necrosis, which is not regenerative and is usually repaired by fibrous scarring, with a decrease in contractility and functional strength. In this case, it is usually through the exercise of other synergistic muscles to help restore function.
