Jade Lady Decoction is composed of Gypsum, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Ophiopogonis, Rhizoma Ophiopogonis, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Cortex Eucommiae, and is effective in clearing heat in the viscera and bowels, purging heat in the stomach and nourishing yin in the kidney. It is mainly used for the treatment of gastric heat and yin deficiency syndrome, which is characterized by headache, toothache, epistaxis, irritable heat (irritable and sultry), dry thirst, red tongue with yellow and dry coating, etc. It can also be used for the treatment of thirst, elimination of gluten and good hunger (eating too much and still easy to be hungry).
