Can it be rectal cancer with loose stools and anal swelling for several years?

Thin stool, anal swelling for several years have the possibility of rectal cancer; it can also be seen in chronic intestinal diseases such as colitis.
1. Symptoms of rectal cancer include change of bowel movement, increased frequency of bowel movement, constipation or diarrhea, blood in stool, and unexplained anemia or weight loss. Rectal cancer is mostly considered when a hard mass with poor mobility is detected on rectal finger test and the fingerstick is stained with blood. Colonoscopy and CT are often used to confirm the diagnosis.
2. The common symptoms of colitis are mucus, pus and blood stools, and inflammation stimulation leading to urgency and heaviness (discomfort in the lower abdomen, wanting to defecate very much, and a sense of incomplete defecation after defecation), and anal distension. Colonoscopy is often used to see multiple shallow ulcers in the mucosa, accompanied by congestion and edema.
Changes in bowel habit and anal distension should seek medical treatment promptly. Failure of early detection and treatment of rectal cancer can easily lead to tumor progression, and the prognosis is poor if local or systemic metastasis occurs.
