What is the problem with recognizing excessive dreaming?

Did you have another night of dreams last night? Do you often wake up from nightmares? Are you depressed the next day? I believe that many people will blame the lack of energy to “dreaming trouble”, that is, dreaming is not good sleep, and some people think that long-term dreaming will lead to neurasthenia. In fact, a considerable part of people have misconceptions about “dreams”. At present, all experts at home and abroad have reached a consensus – dreaming is a normal physiological phenomenon, everyone will dream every night, dreaming is not only the state of sleep, but also the deepest sleep. Those who often say that they dream all night long, if they do a physiological test, they will find that their sleep cycle is not different from normal people, so the so-called “dreaming all night long” or even “dreamy insomnia” is actually only these people are prone to dreaming. The reason for this is that these people are prone to wake up when they dream, and they love to review their dreams, so they have trouble falling asleep. Scientific workers have done some experiments to block people from dreaming. The results showed that the deprivation of dreams can lead to a series of physiological abnormalities, such as increased blood pressure, pulse rate, body temperature and electrical reactivity of the skin, and reduced function of the vegetative nervous system, and also cause a series of adverse psychological reactions, such as anxiety, nervousness, irritability, perception hallucinations, memory loss, and so on. It also causes a series of adverse psychological reactions, such as anxiety, nervousness, irritability, perceptual hallucinations, memory disorders, orientation disorders, etc. It is obvious that normal dream activity is one of the most important factors to ensure the normal vitality of the organism. Recent research findings also confirm the idea that dreams are the result of balancing various functions of the body by the brain’s regulatory center, and that dreams are necessary for the healthy development of the brain and the maintenance of normal thinking. If the regulating center of the brain is damaged, no dreams can be formed or only some fragmented dream fragments can appear. Many people will blame “dreams” for insomnia. However, 80% of insomnia is caused by anxiety, depression, etc., and has nothing to do with dreaming. Especially nowadays, many people pay too much attention to their sleep and health, and pay too much attention to dreams, which leads to the enhanced feeling of dreams, and the enhanced feeling of dreams, which in turn increases the worry and fear, resulting in a vicious circle of insomnia. Unless it is abnormal sleep, such as “sleepwalking” (i.e. sleepwalking), being hit by a hard object during sleepwalking can cause harm to the body. Everyone dreams, but not everyone remembers their dreams, and those who say they don’t dream don’t remember the content of their dreams. Only 13 people remember the content of their dreams. In two cases, people are more likely to remember the dream, one depends on the dreamer, general work pressure, family pressure, interpersonal pressure is more likely to remember the dream, these people are usually college graduates facing employment pressure or young and vigorous career or about 50 years old just retired or children have just become empty nesters. There is also a depending on the sleeping position, generally sleeping on their stomachs, people whose feet are frozen outside in winter, people with their hands folded on their chests, etc. are easy to remember dreams. The number of dreams can also be calculated, for example, if the sleep time is 9 hours, a sleep cycle is 90 minutes, the number of dreams = 9 × 60 ÷ 90, the number of dreams is 6 times, and how many dreams each time is determined by the length of the dream.
